Sunset in Terengganu

It was 10 years ago since I last visited Terengganu, a place where its famous for its leather back turtle laying eggs in this state, just off the South China Sea. Out of the blue..i decided to spend my last league of my 3 months holiday in Dungun, Terengganu alone.

5 Hours bus journey wasnt that new for me, as I did my travelling by bus and rail in UK and Europe, but the system here was really different. Travelling in your own country doesnt scared me..because if you did a mistake, you cal always commute with your language...unlike in any foreign countries...

Ani was the one who greeted me in Dungun and brought me around the small little town with a small Kancil car. I was a lil bit worried when she fill in petrol for RM2, which is so unusual for me. I usually fill in minimum of RM10, but thats so common filling in RM2 in Dungun. She brought me to Ais Kacang parlour by the beach and bought me one bowl of Ais kacang special.....Yummmy!!..After the refreshing ais kacang treat, checked into my hotel and rest for the night.

I also had a chance to meet Nosha, my xgf's cousin who happens to be my friend too, visited me that night too... Very cheerfull and bubly girl!!...

Then the next day, Ani rented a car and both of us went to Kuala Terengganu (KT) for sight seeing. First stop was the State Museum, and then to the Keropok market!!...man!!...i havent seen so many keropok like that before...so I decided to buy some with some turtle eggs too!... Then we're headed to a pier and have some Keropok lekor!!...another yummy stuff that should eat in Terengganu!!...Then, headed back to Dungun as we needed to sent back the car before 9pm..

The very next day, had lunch with Nosha and friends at the hotel and had a good laugh together. Right after that, Ani fetched me up for another quest to find raw keropok lekor to bring back home!!...So Ani and yself went back to KT and get ourself some keropok lekor!...Plus..We went to the floating mosque in KT before we stopped by at Teluk Bidara in Dungun...We enjoyed the view of the sunset and also watched few loval children having fun of themselves away from modernisation...Then we drove down to see the Petroleum center in Paka...The view was magnificent!!....Lights and flames from the oil refinery...

Ani wanted me to experience the Pasar Malam in Dungun right before my bus back to KL on the same night. I really enjoyed myself at the Pasar malam...many new things i Saw!!...

Nosya joined us at the bus stop to send me off around 10pm and my bus left Dungun at 11pm.

I really enjoyed myself in Terengganu. Ani was really the best hostest around...Alll plans that she planned were done without any distruption!...tip top service!!...hhihihhiih...I really enjoyed the sun rise in the morning, the sea, beautifu beach and the simplicity of life away from modernisation....i envy these people without thinking about internet and gadgets and they can life happily...I would love to stay here longer...but i had to go back to KL..

Thanks Ani...thanks Nosya!!...will be seeing you in the future!!..
